  • Return Policy
  • INDIVIDUAL OR MULTIPLE GRIPS: can be returned for refund amount equal to the original sales price of the grip(s) only. To receive return goods refund, grips must still be in their original pre-sale condition. Grips that have been installed, or have undergone attempted installation, and have been subsequently removed or altered from the original sale condition cannot be returned for credit. Customers that wish to return qualifying pre-sale condition grips must call customer service and obtain a returned goods authorization number. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges assigned to returned products. Returned grips must be shipped along with a copy of the original sales invoice and the assigned returned goods authorization number. Returned product must have a documented returned goods ship date that is equal to or less than 30 days from the original sales invoice date. Returned goods originally purchased with a valid credit card, and which qualify for a returned goods credit, will have the returned goods credit assigned to the original purchasing credit card number only.



    TRIAL KITS: Portions of the Trial Kits may be eligible for credit toward the purchase of a Full Grip Set. Customer may return the unused sizes of the Trial Kit if in new, pre-sale condition at the expense of the customer, and receive a refund or credit toward the purchase of a Full Grip Set. Example: Customer may purchase a MED, LG, XLG Trial Kit and determine that they wish to purchase a complete MEDIUM Full Grip Set. The customer can then, at their expense, send back the LARGE and XLARGE grips from the Trial Kit and have a two grip credit applied toward their purchase of a 13 Grip Full Set of Medium JUMBOMAX™ Super-Oversized Golf Grips. To receive credit on returned Trial Kit grips, after a Full Grip Set has been purchased, the customer must contact Dominant Golf, LLC and receive a return authorization number. A copy of the original Trial Grip purchase invoice and the appropriated return authorization number must be sent back with the returned grips in order for the customer to receive returned grip credit.
